Its been a long time since I posted so I thought I would.... The fall has quickly passed by and Winter break was simply too short... but here is the low down on what has been happening...
I spent another 10 days in the Bahamas with the track team, conducting a sports camp for the local kids... and diving a bit too :)
We are three weeks into indoor track season and the season looks good the Houghton Mens 4x800 and Ryan Fadden, and Rachel Rhodes allready punched their tickets to Nationals ...
Mary and I headed to NYC this weekend for the New Balance Invite she is running hte championship 1000m at the Armory so taht should be fun!
